Draft genome sequence of Pluralibacter gergoviae ECO77, a unique multireplicon isolate of industrial origin

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Pluralibacter gergoviae ECO77, a historical contaminant strain of industrial origin, with the aim of contributing to our currently limited understanding of the genomics of industrial isolates. The unique multi-replicon genome of this organism consists of a main chromosome, two megaplasmids (=200Kbp), and two large plasmids (50-200Kbp).
