Transcriptional dysregulation of inflammatory/immune pathways after active vaccination against Huntington’s disease

Transcriptome profiling of spleens from the triple peptide-immunized cohort showed substantial HD-specific differences including differential activation of genes associated with innate immune responses, absence of negative feedback control of gene expr HD R6/1, zQ175 and +/+ mice were immunized with a combination of 3 peptides from HTTExon1. Spleens were collected 10 days after final boost. Transcriptome was determined by Affimetrix chip. Data analyzed by GSEA.
