Bulk data associated with soystressdb

This data set contains a comprehensive set of stress-responsive genes in soybean, inferred from differential expression analyses using a large compendium of experiments obtained from the Soybean Expression Atlas v2. Data can be accessed in a user-friendly way from soystressdb.<br>Files included here are:<i>*_</i><i>DE</i><i>_stats.tsv.gz: </i>gene-wise differential expression (DE) statistics produced by the R package DESeq2.*_<i>DTU_stats.tsv.gz: </i>differential transcript usage (DTU) statistics produced by the R package satuRn.<i>*_</i>genewise<i>_</i>stress_frequency: absolute frequency of stresses in which each gene is DE.*<i>_</i><i>DE_</i><i></i><i>percent</i><i>_</i><i>across</i><i>_stresses.tsv.gz</i>: for each stress, percentage of contrasts in which each gene is DE.*<i>_SE.rds</i>: binary RDS file with a <code>SummarizedExperiment</code> object containing a count matrix and associated metadata for all stress-related experiments in the Soybean Expression Atlas v2.
