Genomic patterns of Pitcairnia flammea (Bromeliaceae) along an altitudinal gradient in the Atlantic Forest

The goal of this project is to evaluate how the elevational gradient of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest has shaped the genetic diversity and evolutionary history of Pitcairnia flammea (Bromeliaceae), with particular focus on patterns of population divergence, gene flow, and historical demographic fluctuations.
