Scientific Knowledge Graph for Cancer Research (SciLake Pilot)

This dataset contains the Scientific Knowledge Graph of the Cancer research pilot, one of the domain pilots of the SciLake project.

The graph is constructed based on the OpenAIRE SKG-IF representation, providing core entity nodes for Agents, Data sources, Grants, Products, Manifestations, Topics, and Venues.

Fields of Science (FoS) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), represented as Topic entities, as well as Research Artifacts and Citances, are computed by SciNoBo and provided under a CC‑BY‑NC license.

Technology entities and their links to research products are provided by OPIX. 

Domain-specific entities, including drugs, genes, proteins, tissues, diseases, functional regions, and cellular components, are integrated from the Clinical Knowledge Graph (CKG) (users must comply with the licenses of the original sources in CKG), while cancer-specific gene-to-gene relationships are sourced from the Blood Cancer Multi-Omics (BCMO) database (LGPL license).
