XPS raw data of samples undergoing simulated acid bioleaching of chalcopyrite as part of a column leaching study

This dataset consists of two time series of XPS measurements performed on two chalcopyrite samples during simulated acid bioleaching. These measurements were obtained as part of a column leaching study where the focus was placed in tracking spatiotemporal surface-level changes. Each file corresponds to a specific particle located at a different location within the column system, and at a different time from the start of the leaching period. Each file contains the XPS measurements for a survey scan and from high-resolution scans performed in the O1s, C1s, K2p, Cu2p, Fe2p, and S2p regions.
