Mouse MHC-adapted Cryptococcus neoformans H99W

PMID: 12874366; PMCID: PMC166009.Breifly, starting with H99W, strains were passaged in duplicate 8 times through mice that were congenic for the balb/c genetic background. H2 haplotypes were B, K, or Q. Genetic variation and transcriptomic analyses were performed to identify adaptations to mouse and specific MHC haplotype.
