Whole genome sequencing of ST8927 (control strain with ergothioneine pathway), ST9687 (high histidine overproducer), and ST10280 (low histidine overproducer). The goal of the study is to identify the mutations in ST9687 and ST10280 and determine the causal mutation for histidine overproduction.
