Antennal Grooming Network Dataset (Replication Data for Figure 4)

This folder contains the antennal grooming network dataset (grooming_network.pkl OR .csv) constructed in this work. The dataset represents the network as a table, where each row defines a connection between a pair of neurons. The data is derived from the FlyWire brain dataset (v783). Column Descriptions pre_root_id: FlyWire ID of the presynaptic neuron. post_root_id: FlyWire ID of the postsynaptic neuron. neuropil: Neuropil where the connection is located. syn_count: Number of synapses between the neurons. nt_type: Type of neurotransmitter released by the presynaptic neuron. pre_root_name: Name of the presynaptic neuron as defined in this paper. post_root_name: Name of the postsynaptic neuron as defined in this paper.
