Sentiment Analysis of WhatsApp User Reviews as Information Evaluation for Digital Services

This dataset contains 5,400 user reviews of the WhatsApp application collected from public sources. The dataset is used for sentiment analysis to evaluate digital information services. The data processing includes text preprocessing (cleaning, normalization, tokenization), sentiment labeling based on user ratings, and analysis using machine learning and deep learning models such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN).
