Expression data from IEC6 cells after treatment with Na2S3

In this dataset, we include the expression data obtained from IEC6 cells after treatment with Na2S3. We confirmed that IEC6 cells expressed Kruppel-like transcription factor 4 (KLF4). Results provide insight into the effect of Na2S3 on MAP kinase pathway.本数据集涵盖经三硫化二钠（Na2S3）处理后的IEC6细胞的表达谱数据。我们已证实IEC6细胞表达Krüppel样转录因子4（Kruppel-like transcription factor 4，KLF4）。本研究结果可为解析三硫化二钠对MAP激酶通路的调控效应提供全新视角。
