The datasets of the article BrightEyes-Scope: An open-source Image Scanning Microscope with SPAD array detection.
It contains:
Calibration XY-axis with Argolight Circle Matrix
Calibration Z-axis with Argolight Stairs 500nm steps
Magnification measurement with Reflective Grid 5um pitch
XYZ scan of gold bead with SPAD array and PMT (non-descanned image)
HeLa cell image of the TOMM20 labelled with AF488
3D CAD of the BrightEyes-Scope in different format (.f3z, .obj + .mtl, .step).
The data are HDF5 formqt with structure (repetition, z, y, x, time, channel), except for the magnification measurement which is .tif stack image.
