EI24 gene regulation of transcriptome in colorectal cancer LoVo and SW480 cell lines

This study investigates the transcriptomic changes induced by EI24 manipulation in human colorectal cancer cells. RNA-seq was performed on LoVo cells with EI24 knockdown (shEI24) and SW480 cells with EI24 overexpression (over-EI24), alongside their respective control cells (shCtr and over-Ctr), with biological replicates. Sequencing was conducted on libraries from high-quality RNA (RIN >= 8). Differential expression analysis identified genes with absolute log2FC > 1.5 and an adjusted p-value < 0.05. This dataset provides insights into the role of EI24 in colorectal cancer biology.
