This dataset provides site-level environmental and model parameters used for model calibration and analysis. It includes the maximum carboxylation rate at 25 °C (<i>Vcmax25</i>) from the FvCB model and the intrinsic quantum yield efficiency (<i>kphio</i>) from the P model, together with key environmental variables such as leaf area index (LAI), atmospheric CO₂ concentration (CO₂), absorbed fraction of photosynthetically active radiation (fAPAR), air temperature (Tair), vapor pressure deficit (VPD), soil water content (SWC), photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), and absorbed PAR (APAR).<br>Each record corresponds to a single flux tower site.This dataset was used for cross-model comparison and environmental sensitivity analyses.
