Purpose : To determine transcriptome profile of the diffferentiated C2C12 cells in 3 different cell culture substrate, Tissue culture plate, Methacarylated gelatin and 15% Methacarylated gelatin mixed with 1% PSS (poly sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) Method : RNA smples prepared from differentiated C2C12 cells in 3 different cell culture substrate, Tissue culture plate, Methacarylated gelatin and 15% Methacarylated gelatin mixed with 1% PSS (poly sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) Results : Paired-ends 101bp reads, we mapped about 72 million reads - 145 million reads per sample to the mouse genome (build mm10) and assembled with cufflinks program (value : FPKM) RNA seq on the samples isolated from the 3 different cell culture substrates (Tissue culture plate, Methacarylated gelatin, 15% Methacarylated gelatin mixed with 1% PSS (poly sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)) ------------------------------------- Authors state "we want submit our data without the raw data, because we can not locate raw data", and "our original raw fastq files also defective and company already deleted our data so we couldn't get raw files".
