Study on the Infection Status and Influencing Factors of Sexually Transmitted Diseases among Chinese Youth Aged 15-24

Raw Data OverviewThe raw data in this study was collected from clinical records of 590 Chinese youth aged 15 to 24 who visited the STD clinic of a hospital between January 2013 and January 2023. The study conducted a retrospective analysis, gathering patient demographic information, clinical symptoms, sexual behavior (such as condom use), reasons for seeking medical attention, and prior STD screening and treatment history. Laboratory tests included diagnoses of five common sexually transmitted diseases: syphilis, gonorrhea, genital chlamydia, genital warts, and HIV.The dataset includes:Demographic variables such as gender, age, marital status, and education level.Laboratory test results (e.g., TPPA, TRUST, HIV antibody tests).Prevalence rates of specific STDs and cases of mixed infections.Information on condom use in the past 3 months.History of previous STD screening and treatment.Analysis of factors influencing the risk of multiple infections.The data were statistically analyzed to examine relationships between various socio-demographic factors and the incidence of STDs, highlighting multiple risk factors for high rates of infection among youth.
