资源简介:
This project investigated the inhibitory effect of PFOA on biological nitrogen removal by heterotrophic nitrifying - aerobic denitrifying bacteria and evaluated whether weak ultrasound could alleviate this inhibitory effect. Transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) of the strains was performed under four conditions: 1)0 mg/L PFOA, 2) 1 mg/L PFOA, 3) 100 mg/L PFOA stress, and 4)1 mg/L PFOA stress combined with ultrasound treatment. This data aims to identify the differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in PFOA tolerance and nitrogen metabolism, as well as the synergistic role of ultrasound in reducing PFOA inhibition and enhancing nitrogen removal efficiency. This study provides insights into the potential of using physical stimuli such as ultrasound to enhance the bioremediation performance in PFAS-contaminated environments.
