Protein structures from testing out native / non-native cross-distillation for side-chain packing

This folder contains the training / evaluation data from our experiments using experimentally-determined and computationally-generated protein structures for protein side-chain packing. Namely, the training datasets include BC40 and a high-confidence set of chains from AlphaFoldDB. The testing datasets include the native, AlphaFold2-generated, and AlphaFold3-generated proteins from each of CASP14, CASP15, and CASP16 that were used for evaluation, alongside our predictions on these 9 sets when our hypothesis tester network was trained on each of our training datasets.
