Split-pool ligation-based single cell RNAseq of planarian regeneration time courses of biopsies taken from un-irradiated, sub-lethally irradiated, and lethall irradiated animals. 1-2cm animals were removed from re-circulation culture, treated with 1250Rads, 6000R, or un-treated. 3 days after treatment, 1.00mm biopsies were removed from the tail region of the control or irradiated animals. Biopsies were then dissociated 0, 1, 2, 4, 7, 10, and 14 dpays post amputation, barcoded using SPLiTseq protocol (Rosenberg et al. Science 2018), lysed, and sequenced on Nextseq illumina platform.
