PanelPaper01: Development and audit archive for computational provenance and AI-assisted research workflow

Development and audit archive associated with PanelPaper01.This deposit documents the broader exploratory and validation history underlying the final reproducibility release, including extended computational surfaces, negative and closure controls, internal prospective computational contracts, statepoints, manifests, logs, and representative AI-assisted provenance materials. This archive is not the primary confirmatory evidence base of the manuscript. Its purpose is to provide additional methodological traceability and auditability of how the final design, controls, and computational workflow were developed and validated. All quantitative results entering the manuscript evidence chain were generated by locally executed code. Textual outputs from AI systems were not treated as experimental data or computational results.
