Cryo2StructData : Trained Model and Data Splits (Full)

This repository includes the trained transformer-based model for the full Cryo2StructData dataset, as well as the training and validation split files. These split files categorize density map EMD-IDs into low, medium, and high resolutions. The dataset is divided into two subsets: a training dataset containing 6,652 maps and a validation dataset containing 740 maps, with a division ratio of 90% and 10%, respectively.本仓库包含面向完整Cryo2StructData数据集的经过训练的基于Transformer的模型，以及训练集与验证集的划分文件。这些划分文件将密度图的EMD-ID按照分辨率划分为低、中、高三档。该数据集被划分为两个子集：训练集包含6652张密度图，验证集包含740张密度图，划分比例分别为90%与10%。
