System analysis shows distinct mechanisms and common principles of nuclear envelope protein dynamics

Each file is a set of two images (whole cell pre-photoactivation and an enlargement of the photoactivated area) followed by a movie from a photoactivation experiment and shows a merge between the photoactivatable GFP image and the image from another NET (NET20) fused to monomeric RFP by which the nuclear envelope and ER was distinguished in order to determine the region to photoactivate.

In a few movies the photoactivatable GFP-NET is overlaid with a light image of the cell instead of the NET20-mRFP. In some cases it is hard to distinguish the photoactivatable GFP in the merged image, but upon downloading of the files one can view just the single channel of the photoactivatable GFP.
