To examine the effect of TGFÃ1 on prostatic stromal cells, we firstly isolated primary prostatic stromal cells from five benign prostatic hyperplasia sample. Then RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were used to reveal important pathways and hub genes associated with TGFÃ1 stimulation on PrSCs.
