We are pleased to submit our original OMIP manuscript entitled “<b><i>A 33-color immune profiling panel to characterize preclinical murine models of inflammation and autoimmunity</i></b><b>”.</b>Autoimmunity and allergic inflammation are driven by loss of tolerance and involve complex interactions between innate and adaptive immunity in the lymphoid organs and inflamed tissues. To better understand the pathogenesis and mechanisms underlying these diseases, we developed and thoroughly optimized a 33-color panel for the Sony ID7000 spectral analyzer.Designed to provide deep immunophenotyping, this panel allows for high-resolution analysis of cell frequencies and activation states within both lymphoid and myeloid compartments and includes rare cell subsets such as innate lymphoid cells (ILCs). It is broadly applicable to various preclinical models of inflammation and autoimmunity, and adaptable to other research contexts.Key populations resolved by this panel include:· T cell populations including naïve, memory, as well as distinct T helper subsets including Th2, Th17, Tfh and Tregs· Plasmablasts, germinal center and aged B cell subsets· Plasmacytoid dendritic cells, patrolling monocytes, eosinophils· ILC1, ILC2 and ILC3 subsets
