18S rRNA size fractionnated Protists analyzed by amplicon sequencing duing the SWINGS cruise in 2021 (Southern sector of the Indian Ocean)

Seawater has been filled from the surface layer (~ 5 m) in order to retain small cells (fraction of size 0.2-3 micrometers) and large cells (> 3 micrometers).DNA has been extracted and amplifies by PCR using the primer before Tareuk454FWD1 and the rear primer Tareukrev3.The sequencing was realized by MISEQ (2x250 BP)
