Lactiplantibacillus plantarum FN029 ameliorates atopic dermatitis in dysbiotic mice through activation of retinol and glutathione metabolic pathways in gut-associated lymphoid tissues

This record contains numerical source data and reproducibility materials for the study. It includes processed numerical tables underlying Main Figures 1-10 and Supplementary Figures S1, S2 and S4, together with figure- and panel-level input files, R/Python analysis scripts and README documentation. The materials are provided as 13 independent figure-level ZIP archives: Figure_01-Figure_10,Supplementary_Figure_S1, Supplementary_Figure_S2 and Supplementary_Figure_S4. They are intended to support verification and reproduction of the reported plots and statistical summaries. FILENAME_MAPPING.tsv provides the relative file paths, SHA-256 checksums and file sizes.
