Summary statistics for correlation of DNA methylation between whole blood and sperm.

We used a Pearson’s correlation test to identify CpG sites where DNA methylation was significantly correlated between whole blood and sperm This analysis was restricted to the 155,269 sites that showed met minimum variability criteria in both tissues (range of middle 80% > 5%). Summary statistics are reported for all sites in the discovery dataset. Summary statistics from the replication groups are reported for the sites that also passed quality control in our replication dataset.
