资源简介:
Fusobacterium nucleatum-treated HCT116 cells reported an increased adhesion to endothelial cells compared with PBS control. To understand the underlying mechanisms of Fusobacterium nucleatum-induced intercellular adhesion ability of CRC cells, we performed RNA-sequencing in HCT116 cells with or without Fusobacterium nucleatum treatment with three independent biological replicates. Overall design: Examination of gene expression variation in HCT116 cells treated with or without Fusobacterium nucleatum (MOI of 100:1)
