This data set concerns DNA copy number alterations and mutation data from 30 IBD-associated dysplastic lesions and 13 IBD-associated cancers. DNA was isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded material. Whole-genome shallow seq and Truseq amplicon cancer panel (Illumina) were used for detection of DNA copy number alterations and gene mutations, respectively.EGA dataset EGAD00001005196
