The Index of Public Integrity (IPI) evaluates a society’s capacity to control corruption and ensure public resources are used with integrity, covering areas such as judicial independence, administrative burden, trade openness, budget transparency, e-citizenship, and press freedom.Higher scores indicate better performance. For rankings, a lower rank is better (1 = best); a higher rank number indicates worse performance.
