以每个停车场为主体,从充电桩设备、智慧停车系统以及相关传感器获取取停车场充电桩总数,充电订单编号,充电开始与结束时间、充电时长,停车场营业时间等基础数据。
2、数据处理:
对采集到的原始数据进行清洗和预处理,去除异常和错误值。通过统计分析计算充电桩使用率、平均充电时长,充电桩平均使用次数等指标。
充电桩使用率(时长)=sum(停车场单日充电订单累计时长)/(充电桩总数*停车场单日营业时长)
平均充电时长=sum(停车场单日充电订单累计时长)/停车场单日充电订单总数
充电桩平均使用次数=停车场单日充电订单总数/停车场充电桩总数
This dataset evaluates the operational performance of charging piles under the jurisdiction of smart parking systems, with indicators covering charging duration and usage frequency. Based on the analytical results, expansion of charging facilities can be conducted in high-demand areas, capacity reduction in low-efficiency areas, and renovation of aging or faulty charging piles. It can also serve as a reference for enterprises to plan new charging stations, and combine regional development trends to boost the coordinated advancement of smart parking and charging services. Operators can adjust appropriate charging strategies based on these results to improve operational efficiency. Furthermore, it can provide references for urban planning, rationally allocate charging resources, and promote the development of new energy vehicles.
1. Data Collection
Taking each individual parking lot as the basic unit, basic data is collected from charging pile devices, smart parking systems and associated sensors, including the total number of charging piles in the parking lot, charging order IDs, charging start and end times, charging duration, business hours of the parking lot, and other relevant information.
2. Data Processing
Clean and preprocess the collected raw data to eliminate abnormal and erroneous values. Calculate key indicators including charging pile utilization rate, average charging duration, and average usage frequency of charging piles via statistical analysis.
The specific calculation formulas are as follows:
- Charging Pile Utilization Rate (Duration-based) = Sum of cumulative charging duration of all daily charging orders in the parking lot / (Total number of charging piles × Daily business duration of the parking lot)
- Average Charging Duration = Sum of cumulative charging duration of all daily charging orders in the parking lot / Total number of daily charging orders in the parking lot
- Average Usage Frequency of Charging Piles = Total number of daily charging orders in the parking lot / Total number of charging piles in the parking lot
