Total RNA extraction from RAW 264.7 macrophages was performed using Trizol-based isolation according to the supplier's protocol. cDNA synthesis and library construction were carried out with the NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit designed for Illumina platforms. Pooled libraries underwent high-throughput sequencing on the Novaseq 6000 system (Illumina, CA, USA), yielding 150-bp paired-end sequencing data.
