"Antibiotics under our feet" Bioinformatics Taxonomic and Functional Profiling

This link goes to data files from the bioinformatics taxonomic and functional profiling of soil samples collected during the University of St Andrews "Antibiotics under our feet" citizen science project funded by a ScotPEN Wellcome Engagement Award to Clarissa Melo Czekster, University of St Andrews.<br> The taxonomic classifications are in the form of html files that can be opened in a browser. The functional profiling has three output files searchable to determine desired pathways. The README explains the pipeline used and the output files.
