Computer based method for identification of fibrotic scars from electrograms and local activation times (dataset)

A dataset containing the left ventricle meshes has been curated to evaluate the method's efficacy in identifying fibrosis patterns from electrograms and local activation times within the left ventricle wall. This dataset includes meshes featuring fibrotic regions, delineated into labeled sub-endocardial, mid-myocardial, and sub-epicardial layers of the left ventricle, along with identification labels for the 17 segments of the left ventricle. Additionally, the dataset includes information on measuring electrodes and the extracted endocardial and epicardial surfaces.
