Fish vocalizations in the Sine-Saloum delta, Senegal, and associated bathymetry.

Data for the paper "Mobile passive acoustic monitoring reveals the influence of bathymetry on spatio-temporal patterns of fish vocalizations in a mangrove delta." Underwater sound was recorded from a kayak at night in order to record fish along a recorded transct spaning over 3 different meanders: the "Tiny", "Karane" and "Saloum" bolongs. See the figure file for the context Raw sound files are available for each station (very 200 m along the track) in the zip files. Metadata, including bathymetry data ar given for each station in the metadata file. Fish counts ar given in the "Sound_Count" file. Bathymetry and kayak track ar given as well. Fish sound counts are given in tables which columns stand for "Station Number", fish A-L, and "Snaps"
