The as-obtained sample was ground with a mortar and taken 2mg. Subsequently, The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra of the as-obtained samples were analyzed in KBr using a PerkinElmer FTIR spectrometer in the range of 4000–500 cm–1. The microstructures of as-obtained materials were investigated, and 0.2 cm2 was cut. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) (Hitachi S–4800) was used for observation after gold plating for 2 min. The crystalline structure of as–obtained samples were determined by X–ray diffraction (XRD) using a Rigaku (RINT 2000) diffractometer. The UV–vis spectra were obtained by the PerkinElmer UV–Vis (Lambda 750) spectrophotometer.
