Fungal diversity in presence of leaf rust infections through Hemileia Vastatrix in coffee from Costa Rica based on ITS1 amplicon sequencing

Coffee leaf rust (CLR) caused by Hemileia Vastatrix is one of the major pathogens in coffee cultivation. This project contains ITS1 amplicon data, generated from extracted DNA from coffee leaf rust pustules in infected Coffea Arabica plants from various location in Costa Rica. We studied the co-occurring fungal communities during CLR infection in context to location throughout the country.
