Leading container ship operators worldwide: number of own ships 2022

The Danish operator APM-Maersk, one of the world’s leading container ship operators, topped the ranking with the largest owned shipping fleet, boasting 331 ships as of April 30, 2022. In the rankings, they were followed by Mediterranean Shg Co with 325 own ships and CMA CGM Group with 199 own ships.
