This dataset contains MD simulation data supporting the study of the C. elegans proteins HTP-1, HTP-2, and HTP-1mut7 mutant. For each system, representative frames extracted every 100 ns from 5 x 1000 ns independent simulations are provided, along with the corresponding mdp and topology files. Simulations were performed using GROMACS 2018.3 and the CHARMM36m force field.
