This dataset contains 368 fetal brain T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) volumes, covering a wide range of cases with abnormal brain development. It also includes the authors' corrections to segmentation results, which were performed as part of routine clinical care. Specifically, the dataset totals 368 MRI volumes, including 93 cases of myelomeningocele, 35 cases of other central nervous system (CNS) pathologies, and 142 control cases. The core task of this dataset is fetal brain MRI segmentation.
