Numeric data for<i> E. coli </i>growth curve

Growth of the derivertives of <i>Escherichia coli</i><i> </i>strain W3110 hemB with <i>hemB</i> deletion (referred to as strain ∆B) harboring the plasmids for expression of <i>hemB</i><i> </i>or its mutated gene with single amino acid substitution, namely the strains ∆B_B, ∆B_B'[K13L], ∆B_B'[E87K], ∆B_B'[G131R], ∆B_B'[G268T], and ∆B_B'[A269M] (inset: specific growth rates of each strain). Growth was evaluated by measuring the optical density at 660 nm (OD₆₆₀).携带表达野生型hemB基因或单氨基酸取代突变型hemB基因质粒的、hemB基因缺失的大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）W3110菌株（简称∆B菌株）的衍生菌株生长情况，涉及菌株包括∆B_B、∆B_B'[K13L]、∆B_B'[E87K]、∆B_B'[G131R]、∆B_B'[G268T]及∆B_B'[A269M]（插图：各菌株的比生长速率）。本实验通过测定660 nm波长下的光密度（OD₆₆₀）来评估菌株生长状况。
