Usual dining companion when eating out in China 2022, by gender

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight conducted in December 2022, female respondents in China were more likely to dine out with friends or family than their male counterparts. Meanwhile, men were more likely to dine our alone than women. Overall, the same proportion of male and female respondents, 61 percent, said they usually dined out with their colleagues, business associates or schoolmates.

根据Rakuten Insight于2022年12月进行的调查，中国女性受访者相较于男性受访者更倾向于与朋友或家人外出就餐。与此同时，男性相较于女性更倾向于独自外出就餐。总体而言，男女受访者中，均有61%的人表示他们通常与同事、商业伙伴或校友外出就餐。
