Evaluate the capacity of BGISEQ-500 to provide reliable RNA-Seq application

Universal Human Reference RNA (UHRR) is composed of total RNA from 10 human cell lines. It is commercially available and designed to be used as a reference for microarray and RNA-Seq experiments. By assessing the results of the 3 replicate library which sequenced by BGISEQ-500 pair-end (100 bp in length), this study evaluate the accuracy of gene expression quantification ,technical repeatability, junction detection.
