Industrial Asset Management Dataset from a Pallet Transport Line Using IIoT and Reliability KPIs
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains processed operational and reliability indicators collected from an industrial pallet transport line operating under real production conditions between June 2020 and June 2021. The data represent shift-level summaries of monitored time, downtime, failures, repairs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset reliability and operational performance. The dataset includes structured tables reporting total monitored time, operating time, general downtime, failure- and repair-related stoppages, as well as derived indicators such as availability, performance (yield), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). All timestamps were standardized using ISO date formats and are referenced to Brasília time, and all numerical values are provided in consistent units to facilitate reuse and reproducibility. The data were collected using an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) monitoring system deployed on a continuously operating (24/7) transport line with three daily shifts. Raw sensor signals were processed through an event detection and aggregation pipeline to generate shift-level operational indicators. While the associated publications present aggregated analyses, interpretations, and forecasting results, this dataset provides the underlying processed records to enable independent inspection, replication of results, and alternative analyses. The dataset is intended for use in studies related to industrial asset management, reliability engineering, maintenance optimization, operational performance analysis, and time-series modeling. No sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information is included.
