U.S. Gubernatorial Election Data 1990-2024

This dataset provides detailed county-level returns for U.S. gubernatorial elections, compiled by Dave Leip’s Atlas of U.S. Presidential Elections. For each election year included, the dataset is distributed as an Excel workbook (.xlsx) with multiple worksheets, accompanied by a machine-readable county-level CSV file, and a state-level CSV file.
