This dataset is linked to a research project analyzing how social media performance indicators can be used to construct customer engagement indicators, and how these, in turn, can be used to attempt to forecast the operating income of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), using a sample of Spanish SMEs.
Variables: SMEs opting for internal management by non-specialized staff (RT / LK / Post /Foll. /Op_Re), SMEs opting for management with specialized professionals (RT / LK / Post /Foll. /Op_Re).
