Canada Open Data (COD): analytical Parquet database, RDF Data Cube sample, and metadata

Analytical and semantic components of Canada Open Data (COD), a multi-format corpus of Canadian open government data covering the federal portal and all 13 provinces and territories. Contents: (1) per-portal record tables in Apache Parquet (DuckDB-queryable); (2) dataset- and snapshot-level metadata in Parquet; (3) an RDF Data Cube sample (Turtle) for three statistical datasets; (4) the SQLite metadata database (zstd-compressed).
