An Introductory Exploration of Quicklaw-Recorded Citations of Supreme Court of Canada Cases

Patterns in the citations recorded by the service Quicklaw of a group of Supreme Court of Canada cases and a look at the effects of some characteristics of the cases and the citations. The database includes the cases and various features of them, including some of the groups into which their citations fall. The spreadsheet lists the citations of different types recorded for each case, and various calculations on these.
