The City of Fife proposes, with funding from the Federal Highway Administration, to construct roadway improvements and reconfigure the existing Interstate-5 and Port of Tacoma Road interchange to a proposed diamond couplet interchange. The purpose of the proposed action is to provide improve traffic flow at the existing intersection.
