<b>Genome assembly and annotation files of </b><b><i>Tamarix austromongolica</i></b>

The<i> T.austromongolica</i> genome has been assembled at the chromosome level using PacBio high-fidelity sequencing and Hi-C technology. The assembly size is 1.32 Gb, with 98.44% coverage by the 12 pseudochromosomes. The contig N50 is 52.57 MB and the BUSCO score is 98.2%. The genome contains 913.6 Mb (68.83%) of repetitive sequences and 22,374 protein-coding genes, 95.09% of which have functional annotations.
